Casey Connelly is a multidisciplinary artist who lives and works atop Laurel Ridge in Fayette County, PA. His painting practice is an extended meditation on the absurdity and artificiality of contemporary existence, while his photos reveal the anxious liminality of the exurban landscape. He currently teaches in the Studio Arts Department at the University of Pittsburgh.
