Christopher Schultz is an artist from West Virginia who focuses mostly on painting. He received a B.A. in Fine Arts from Fairmont State University. His work combines observational realism with elements of abstraction in an attempt to bring his ideas to fruition. A combination of personal symbolism juxtaposed against found pop imagery results in a dreamlike, slightly unsettling chaos that attempts to decode the nature of the world around him. His love of the outdoors, music, and film are a constant inspiration.
