Born in San Jose, California, Joshua Masters was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. They are a BFA candidate with a concentration in studio art. Having worked as a glassblowing assistant, monthly gallery curator, muralist, and freelance portrait artist and exhibiting nationally and internationally, Joshua is currently using their practice as a channel for activism on behalf of marginalized communities to explore intersectional discourse through interdisciplinary works.
