In his fifth-grade yearbook, Michael Gruber wrote that he wanted to grow up to be a pro skateboarder. Twenty-four years later, Michael has earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from West Virginia University, but he still can’t do a kickflip. A lifelong resident of North-Central West Virginia, he spends lots of time reading about how to be productive and little time being productive. Though he’s unsure of what he wants (or what he is supposed to want) out of life, Michael is more than happy to just spend time with his wife and cats while he tries to figure it all out.
