William Bartley is a Freelance Photographer and Poet based in East Tennessee. He majored in Film and Photography at Utah State University and through self study and experience over the course of 10 years. Through travels and constant moves across the country he’s found solace in the haze and blur, but experienced clarity within the emotion of finding home once again. He’s passionate about music and the outdoors while being a homebody and writing poetry and watching films. Recently working at small business “The Generalist” helping other artist bring there creations to the people and community.
